For a quick chocolate fix, we’re loving @bakeitpaleo’s chocolate bark recipe as the options are endless!
Ingredients
- dark chocolate
- 2 Tbsp goji berries
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp crushed brazil nuts (omit for nut free)
- 1 Tbsp pepitas
- 1/2 Tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 tsp bee pollen
Instructions
In a small saucepan, melt chocolate over stove top on low heat. Stir frequently.
Once fully melted, remove chocolate from heat and pour onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle remaining ingredients onto melted chocolate.
Place in fridge or freezer to set*
Once hardened, break apart and eat!
Best stored in the fridge.
This particular version as you can see has goji, hemp seed, bee pollen, cacao nibs, pepitas, brazil nuts (cut up), however you could literally add or swap anything to your preference. You could even add turmeric or spirulina to the chocolate for inflammation or added protein. 🍫
